Merchant Card Experts offers credit card processing services to businesses. These services include facilitating payment processing, providing hardware and software solutions, and related support.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements to use our Website and services. By using our Website, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Fees and Payment
For services requiring payment, you agree to pay all fees and charges as specified in the agreement. Fees are subject to change, and you will be notified of any updates.
Merchant Card Experts provides free credit card processing equipment to all customers based on their verified monthly credit card processing volume. The equipment qualification is determined by the following tiers:
- Tier 1: $0 – $15,000/month – Basic Mobile Card Reader (EMV, NFC).
- Tier 2: $15,001 – $30,000/month – Countertop or Mobile Terminal with or without receipt printer. (EMV, NFC).
- Tier 3: $30,001 – $75,000/month – Advanced smart terminal with or without receipt printer & inventory tracking.
- Tier 4: $75,001+/month – Premium POS system with advanced reporting.
Upgrade Policy
Customers who wish to upgrade to a higher-tier device may do so at a discounted rate. A $150 discount is applied per tier upgrade when purchasing a higher-tier terminal.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Free equipment is provided based on the customer’s average monthly processing volume and will be verified by merchants last month’s processing statement..
- Customers must maintain their processing volume to keep their assigned tier status.
- If a customer’s processing volume drops below their current tier, they may be required to return, purchase, or downgrade their equipment.
- Additional accessories, software, and POS system customizations may incur additional costs.
- Merchant Card Experts reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

15. Business Verification Requirement
Before applying underwriting, Merchant Card Experts requires a business verification process. This includes either:
- An on-site visit to the business location, or
- A live video meeting conducted through FaceTime, Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, or similar video conferencing platforms.
This verification ensures compliance with underwriting guidelines and helps prevent fraud. Failure to complete this step may result in application delays or denial.
